The Captain
Commands a crew of agents and sails into open water.
You’re at the frontier: agents and systems run large parts of the work, and you spend your time on goals, guardrails and decisions. You push into new territory, and you pull others with you.

Captains run a crew of agents the way a good captain runs a ship: clear orders, trusted routines and full attention on the course. The system finds the work, does it, checks it and reports. The Captain decides where to go next, and what a machine must never decide alone.
At this level the bottleneck is no longer AI. It’s people: the teams around you who are still at level one or two. A Captain’s biggest lever now is teaching others to climb.
