Your answers to the test, the email address you give us at the end, and your first name if you choose to add it.

If you arrived through a team link: the team name and whether you took the test before or after a programme.

Basic technical data needed to run the site safely, such as your IP address (to stop abuse) and your browser type.

To calculate your result, show your report and email you a copy with your personal link.

If you ticked the box for our AI notes: to send them, a couple of times a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

If you took the test through a team link: to prepare the team report for the person who organised it. They see levels, traits and types, never your individual answers.

To understand, in aggregate, how people and teams use AI, and to improve the test and our training.

Novura may contact you about the result you received. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Your report lives at a personal link. Anyone you send it to can open it. It shows your first name (if you gave one), your type, level and trait scores, and never your email address or your answers.

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify). Emails are sent through Resend. Results are stored in a data table on our n8n automation server, hosted with Railway. These providers process the data for us and for no other purpose.

We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers. If you accept marketing cookies, the site’s analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics, Meta) may record that you completed the test.

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to hello@novura.io.

We keep results for 24 months, then delete them. We delete them sooner if you ask.

Your personal report link keeps working after that, because the result is written into the link itself; the link never contains your email address or your answers.

The answers saved in your browser while you take the test stay on your device; clearing your browser storage removes them.
